About these terms

These terms apply to your use of ivishwa.com and to every project between you and iVishwa. Your written quote or proposal forms part of our agreement. If the quote says something different from these terms, the quote applies.

Quotes

We do not sell fixed packages. After we listen to your needs, we send a written quote that explains the scope, timeline, deliverables and price. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise. Work begins when you accept the quote and make the first payment shown in it.

Payments

• Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless your quote states another currency.
• You can pay online by card through OnePay, or by bank transfer.
• Payment schedules (for example, a deposit and milestone payments) are set out in your quote.
• If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is received, and the timeline moves by the same amount.

Working together

• You provide content, logins, feedback and approvals on time. Delays on either side move the timeline.
• Each quote includes a set number of revision rounds. Extra changes or new features are quoted separately before we start them.
• You confirm that you have the rights to all content, images and trademarks you give us.

Ownership

When your project is fully paid, you own the final design and the custom code we created for it. Third-party items such as fonts, plugins, themes, stock images and software remain under their own licences. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, email, payment gateways, plugins and other third-party services are provided by their own companies under their own terms. Their fees are not part of our price unless your quote includes them, and they are not refundable by us.

Launch and support

After launch, we fix any bugs in the work we delivered for 30 days at no cost, unless your quote states a different period. Ongoing updates, backups and improvements are available through an optional care plan.

Limits of liability

We work with skill and care, but no website can be guaranteed to be free of interruptions, or to achieve a particular ranking or sales result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the project concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.

Ending a project

Either side may end a project with written notice. You pay for the work completed up to that date, as explained in our Refund Policy, and we hand over the completed work that has been paid for.

Using this website

You may browse and use ivishwa.com for lawful purposes. Please do not copy our design, code or content, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or the client portal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. If a disagreement arises, we will first try to resolve it in good faith. If that is not possible, the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka have jurisdiction.
