You work with the person who builds it, approve every design in your private client portal, and pay in milestones. One written, fixed quote for an agreed scope, valid for 7 days, and you own the design and custom code once the project is paid.

Selling into the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and Europe means different tax and shipping rules. We set up VAT or GST display where it applies, show prices in local currency through Shopify Markets, and make sure your policies and cookie consent suit each market. We work in your time zone for calls and keep a written trail of every decision.

Do you build themes from scratch or customise existing ones?
We customise fast, well-supported themes very heavily and add custom sections where needed. It gives you a store that is unique to look at, yet stays easy to update and compatible with Shopify's own improvements.
Can you move my store from Etsy, Wix, WooCommerce or another platform?
Yes. We migrate products, customers and content, rebuild the design, and set up redirects from your old addresses so search engines and customers find the new pages.
Will I be able to manage the store myself?
Yes. We train you and your team on products, orders, pages and discounts, and we stay available for changes after launch.
Which apps will you install?
As few as possible. Each app can slow the store and adds a monthly fee, so we only recommend ones that clearly pay for themselves, and we build simple features directly into the theme instead.
How is Shopify billed, and how does your quote work?
Shopify's own subscription and any app fees are paid to them, in your own account that you own. Our work is quoted separately as one fixed price for an agreed scope, with milestones and no hourly meter.
