Upload the video in ContentFiles. MP4 works everywhere.
Open the section in the theme editor and choose the video in its Video setting.
Add a cover image where the section offers one, so the section looks finished before the video plays.
Where videos go

| Product media | Product videos in the gallery, added in the product's media |
Background videos are muted, play only while on screen, and every one has a pause button.
