This is the order that saves the most time. Each step takes a few minutes and links to a full guide. Open Selvedge in the theme editor (Online StoreThemesCustomize) and work through it from the top.
Logo and favicon. In Theme settings > Logo and favicon, upload your logo and a square favicon. Logo and favicon
Colors. In Theme settings > Colors, set your color schemes. Every scheme gets a dark version automatically. Light and dark mode
Fonts. In Theme settings > Typography, choose a heading and a body font. Fonts and type
Menus. Build your main menu in Online StoreNavigation, then choose it in the Header section. Menus and the header
Home page. Replace the demo pictures and text, section by section, from the top. Build your home page
Size and fit. Create your size guide page and turn on Find my size. This is the feature that prevents returns. Size guide and fit
Cart. In Theme settings > Cart, set your free shipping threshold, rewards and delivery estimate. Cart drawer
Check on a phone. Most fashion shoppers buy on a phone. Open the preview on yours and walk through home, a collection, a product and the cart.
