Materials and care
Add the Materials and care block to the product information.
| Setting | Tip |
|---|---|
| Composition | Leave empty to use the product's Fabric category metafield, set in the product's category |
| Care instructions | Wash temperature, drying and ironing |
| Certification name and number | For example GOTS or OEKO-TEX Standard 100, with the certificate number |
| Link to certificate or evidence | A page or file that proves it |
Product passport
The Product passport block gathers the life of a garment in one place, ready for the EU's coming digital product passport for textiles:
- Made in and Made by (the mill or workshop);
- Composition (again, from the Fabric metafield when empty);
- Care, Repair and resale;
- a Passport link to a page with certificates or the full supply chain.
It can open by default with Show open, or stay folded as a row.
To fill these for a whole catalog, connect each setting to a product metafield with the dynamic source button, then fill the values in bulk.
