Selvedge colors every section with a color scheme: a background, text, muted text, borders, buttons and an accent. You edit the schemes in Theme settings > Colors and choose one in each section's Color scheme setting.
Dark mode
Every light scheme gets a dark version automatically, tinted with its own text color so your brand survives in the dark. The accent is lightened until it is easy to read on the dark background. Dark schemes stay as they are.
In Theme settings > Colors > Dark mode:
- Default appearance: light, dark, or follow the shopper's device.
- Show light and dark mode switch: adds a sun and moon button to the header.

The sale, new and status badges have their own colors in Theme settings > Colors > Badges, so they stand out from every scheme.
