The delay counts from the first scroll, tap, click or key press. Scroll the page and wait for the delay you set.
You closed it before
Once closed, it stays closed on that device for the Days before showing again you set. Open the shop in a private window to see it as a new visitor would.
Another window is open
It never opens over the cart drawer or another window. Close them and wait a moment.
You signed up already
After a sign-up, the popup shows its thank-you message once and then stays closed.
You want to edit it
In the theme editor, select Newsletter popup in the sidebar: it opens while selected, even though it never opens by itself in the editor.
