Gift cards
Turn on gift cards in SettingsGift cards.
Create a gift card product in ProductsGift cards, with the values you sell (for example 50, 100 and 200).
In the theme editor, open the gift card product and check Buy buttons > Show recipient form for gift cards is on.
Shoppers can then send the card to someone else's email, with a message and a delivery date. The recipient gets a gift card page in your style, with the code, the balance and a button to the shop. The product anatomy section never shows on gift cards.
Age check
For products sold to adults only. In Theme settings > Age verification:

| Message for visitors who decline | Shown when they say no |

A visitor who confirms is not asked again on that device. It is a courtesy check, not legal age verification: if the law requires checking identity, use an app or service that does.
