Your logo lives in the Header section; the favicon and sharing picture live in Theme settings > Brand.
Add your logo
In the theme editor, select the Header section.
In Custom header logo image, upload your logo. A PNG or SVG with a transparent background, about 600 px wide, stays sharp on every screen.
In Dark mode logo image, upload a light-colored version. It is shown instead when the shop is in dark mode.
Optional: if your logo is wide, upload a shorter version (a monogram or the name alone) in Mobile header logo image, and its light version in Dark mode mobile logo image.
Set Desktop logo width (90 px to start) and Mobile logo width until the logo feels balanced beside the menu.
Choose where it sits with Logo position and Mobile logo position.
Give it a subtle movement
Logo animation adds a quiet touch of life: Draw in once reveals the logo from left to right when a page opens, and Shimmer passes a band of your accent color through it every few seconds. Neither is shown to visitors who ask their device for less motion. Keep None for a strictly quiet brand.
Favicon and sharing image
Open Theme settings > Brand.
In Favicon, upload a 512 × 512 px square: your monogram or a simple mark. Fine detail disappears at this size.
In Social sharing image, upload a 1200 × 628 px picture. It appears when your shop is shared in messages and social posts, unless a page has its own picture.
My logo looks blurry.
Upload a larger file (at least twice the width you display it at), or an SVG. See Pictures look blurry or cut off.
The dark mode logo does not appear.
Check that Dark mode logo image is set, and that you are looking at the shop in dark mode (the moon icon in the header). If you use a mobile logo, also set Dark mode mobile logo image.
Can I use text instead of a logo?
Yes. With no logo image, the header shows your shop's name in the heading font.
