Pages are made in your Shopify admin and designed in the theme editor. A page's words live in the admin; the sections around them live in its template.
Create a page
Go to Online StorePages and select Add page.
Give it a title and write the content.
Under Theme template, choose contact for a contact page, or Default page for anything else.
Save, then add the page to a menu (how).
An About page that builds trust
- Make a page called "Our story" using Default page.
- In the theme editor, switch to that template with the page selector at the top, then add sections below the page's text: About story (mission, founder signature, timeline), Image with text and Free from.
A contact page
The contact template has the page's text and a Contact form. Messages go to your store's email address (set it in SettingsStore details). Shopify filters spam for you.
An FAQ page
Add the FAQ section to a page template, with a FAQ item block for each question. Each answer can have an Image (optional) or Video (optional). The FAQ section also sits above the footer in every Acanthus style; edit or hide it in the footer area of the editor.
Good questions to answer: shipping times and costs, returns, how to choose a shade or product, ingredients and allergies, and how to contact you.
A blog
Shopify includes a blog (Online StoreBlog posts). Acanthus styles the blog list and each post. Show recent posts anywhere with the Blog posts section: choose the Blog, the Post count and the Layout. Use Hide posts tagged to keep some posts out.
Each post needs a featured image (1600 × 900 px works well) and a short excerpt; both show in lists and when the post is shared.
